As regards to the message by the Elections Committee, and to those who have no idea what the Howie Constitution is, it is a system of ruling in 2E1.

Chapter 1, Section 1
All residents of 2E1 are expected to work their hardest in playing and studying.
Chapter 1, Section 2
Everyone must bring all materials for all lessons, otherwise a valid reason is required
Chapter 1, Section 3
Everyone must stay back in school if there is an extra lesson or SRP. If this rule is broken, detention after school is guranteed.

Chapter 2, Section 1
Should any elections take place, no rough play can be excersized. No one can force nor bribe people to vote for certain Independents or pollitical parties.
Chapter 2, Section 2
Any elections are to take place on 15 September

Chapter 3, Section 1
Anyone who plays DOTA is a VIP
Chapter 3, Section 2
If you finish your homework, you must let people copy it if it involves a heck load of calculations

Chapter 4
EVERYONE MUST GO ON THE CLASS OUTING!
